Job: Construction Labourer
Location: Stettler, AB
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Start Date: June 15, 2026
Job Description
We are currently hiring a Construction Labourer for a construction company in Stettler, AB. This company specializes in designing, building, and maintaining retail, restaurant, commercial, and office spaces.
The successful candidate will assist skilled tradespeople and support a variety of construction projects, including demolition, drywall installation, painting, flooring and tiling, carpentry, and millwork installation.
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Assist with demolition and site preparation
Load, unload, and move construction materials
Support drywall, painting, flooring, and tiling projects
Assist carpenters and millwork installers as required
Maintain a clean and safe worksite
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Perform general labour duties as assigned
Requirements:
Previous construction labour experience required
Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift heavy materials
Reliable transportation to and from the worksite
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Required PPE:
Candidates must arrive with the following personal protective equipment:
CSA-approved steel-toe boots
High-visibility safety vest
Hard hat
What We Offer
$20.00 per hour (bi-weekly deposit in bank account)
8-hour shifts
