Mobile home, good bones. Nice big fireplace. Needs a lot of work. Fire in living area but only cosmetic damage. Needs gone asap. First person out takes it. We’re building a fence and it’s easy to remove now but won’t be for long. A handy person could make a real nice home out of this. Roof solid no leaks.

Must take contents and arrange shipping quick.
