"This 1995 Fleetwood Terry Fifth Wheel 5H 25' Camper delivers the perfect balance of comfort, capability, and convenience, sleeps 5 very comfortably. In very good condition, lightly used.
Durable "I" beam construction, gross vehicle weight 3226 kg / 7112 lbs, gross axel weight 1588 kg / 3435 lbs, rim size 15x6, tire size 75R1C.
Wheel bearings/hubs, frame and body all inspected and in great shape. All plumbing inspected and no leaks, it's wired for 110v 30 amp, and most importantly, no mice or mice damage! The floors, cabinets, appliances are all clean, no damage. There are no leaks in the roof, windows or vents, so, no wood damage or rot.
All appliances in perfect working order; Attwood gas/lp heater (30,000 BTU), Magic Chef gas/lp stove and oven, Jensen Range Hood, Domestic electric refrigerator. There is plenty of storage inside and out and it's winterized. Has privacy blind in the master bedroom (queen size), with sliding door between living/dining room and bathroom and a very large shower. The exterior has a 20' awning.
