• Shop Location: 431053 Rge Rd 261, Ponoka, AB T4J 1R4
• Work location: Work locations may vary. Frequent or constant travel is required from the employee (various locations in Central Alberta and Calgary region)
• Salary: $40.00 hourly for 40-50 hours per week
• Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time, Day, Overtime required, Overtime available

Job Requirements
Languages: English
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience
Experience: Experience an asset
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Work site environment: At heights, Noisy
Work setting: Various locations, Maintenance
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Attention to detail

Job Duties
• Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions
• Repair or replace defective machinery parts
• Fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance or set-up
• Perform routine maintenance work on machinery
• Operate machining tools to fabricate parts
• Program programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
• Installing machinery and equipment
• Operate hoisting and lifting equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications
